Online Bidding
This is an Online-Only Auction. Pre-bidding can be placed on all items NOW. Closing: The Auctioneers online auctions are designed to mimic traditional "Live" auctions. For this reason, this auction will have a staggered, dynamic closing. The closing time of an item will automatically begin to close at a rate of 1 item every 45 seconds. Item closing times may be extended past their scheduled closing, however, as a result of the auctioneers dynamic closing feature. The dynamic closing feature of an item is automatically extended an additional 2 minute whenever a bid is placed within the 1 minute leading up to an items scheduled closing time.
Payment by check or cashier check only. Realtors make checks out to RPAC and all others make checks to RPEC.
Pickup purchases at Exit Realty 2401 S. Federal, Mason City, IA 50401 on Thursday, September 10th between 9 am - 12 pm, Friday, September 11th from 10 am to 12 pm or by calling Brian Carlson at 641-430-9335 to schedule an appointment.

Fundraising Auction for RPAC (Realtor's Political Action Committee) Bidders must provide their NRDS number in order to bid. Only Realtor Members and Affilliates can bid on this auction due to PAC donation laws.
