Hidden Treasures Auction

In this auction you will find larger groups of items and the contents of whole buildings for sale in wholesale lots. This Bridgewater area family farm has been sold and the contents must be removed quickly.  There was no time to do a regular auction so now you get to benefit.

This is an online only auction that will close on September 7 @ 7 PM

Preview is September 7 @ 4-5 PM

Pickup is Tuesday September 8 anytime by appointment.

Please bring help to assist you in loading your purchases. Some Items Are Heavy and Bulky.

You don't have to take all the items in your lot but whatever you don't want you need to throw in the roll off dumpster that is onsite.  You will be responsible to clean out your area.  Please do not bid if you are not able to do this.
 

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) are the approved method of payment.  There will be a 3% convenience fee for the use of credit cards. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. All payments must be made before any items are removed from the property.
