All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/ credit-debit cards for purchases over $50.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted. Please bring your own bags/boxes for packing. NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED in the HOME. We have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Please obey all parking restrictions and do not block the neighbor's driveway. Sign up sheet will be posted an hour before start of sale on first day only. |

LIVE ONLINE! by Grasons Co Estate Specialists. Friday 9/4/20 at 9:00am. We will start the live feed about 10 minutes before the start of the sale so people can gather. WE DO NOT QUOTE PRICING PRIOR TO THE SALE We will walk through the estate on camera, showcasing each lot as we go. Each item or grouping of items will have a lot number, which will be revealed at that time. If your interested in purchasing a lot you must type the lot #, the price, and sold. Example “ Lot 4 $100 Sold“ The first person to post to the LIVE chat will win the item. You will receive a message from us confirming that your bid was the winning bid. If you do not receive a message, please refresh your browser during the live sale. Buyers will then be asked to private message us through Facebook with an email address so we can send an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, an address will be given & pickup time will be scheduled. Buyers are to park curbside for pickup, Grasons staff will bring items out to you. We cannot load the items into your vehicle. Some items may require buyers to bring their own packing materials, boxes, tie downs, and pads. All sold items must be picked up by 12:00 pm on Saturday 9/5/20. At the end of the sale or if you are unable to watch “LIVE”, if you are interested in a lot that did not sell please send us a message to our facebook or email at anna@grasons.com. PLEASE DO NOT START WATCH PARTIES. THEY SLOW DOWN THE FEED FOR EVERYBODY AND DISABLE VIEWER COMMENTING.
