Listing Information

This is the estate of the late George and Polly Lott, who traveled extensively together across Asia over the years. Polly was 98 and George was 89 when they passed away within a few years of each other. The contents of their home will be sold Aug 27-30. Their 2012 BMW 528i is also for sale with only 44,527 miles. The house itself is very full, and packed with their treasured collections for sale in each and every room. The following is a short list of just some of the many things that will be for sale. 🔴 PER HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. 

🔴 PRICES will be available starting Thursday, August 27 at 8:00am.

🔴 Tampa Palms community does not like road signs, so please GPS the address ahead of time so you can find it easily.

🔴 Due to this dead end culdesac, we are planning to hire a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputy for the first day. They will be posted at the corner of Armstrong Place and Ebensburg Dr, keeping cars from clogging up the culdesac. Again this is only for the first day on Thursday August 27 when we expect the most traffic in the morning. Cars will park on Ebensburg and walk a short distance to the house. If after you buy something, you need to temporarily pull up to the house to pick it up, then that will be fine.

We look forward to seeing all of our regular shoppers as well as any and all new shoppers!!
