PLEASE NOTE THE NOON START TIME!
As we actively monitor the developments of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), the health and wellness of our community, customers, consignors, and employees are our highest priority. In accordance with the Governor's orders to slow the spread of this virus we are going to offer a virtual "live" auction with online bidding for our August 29th auction. This decision adheres to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's guidelines and the Governor of California's guidelines of no mass gatherings.
Now what does this mean? Well we are offering online bidding on Liveauctioneers. If you want to bid via Liveauctioneers just click on the online bidding button at the bottom of this email and register for the auction. As for the virtual "live" aspect of this auction we will be offering absentee bid on all items. Also telephone bidding will be offered for any items that start @ $500 or more.
In making this decision please know that we are trying to accommodate all of our customers and consignors as much as we can. We want to reiterate that we are still a live auction but without a live crowd. We are here to help with any questions, comments, or concerns.
As for preview for this auction we will offer open preview on Friday August 28th between the hours of 10 AM and 5:00 PM and Saturday August 29th between the hours of 10 AM and 11:30 AM. If we end up with a large group of people at one time we will regulate the number of people in the building. Please wear masks or you will not be admitted.
Please note that buyer's premium is 23% on Liveauctioneers. If you bid by absentee or phone bid, the buyer's premium will be the normal 18%.
