Braun and Helmer Auction Company has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is your exclusive responsibility as a bidder to determine the condition and suitability of each lot.

We recommend that you bid early and become familiar with the software. Not everyone has high speed Internet and it make take longer for you to place your bids. Because of this we do not guarantee that your bids will be executed to your satisfaction.

Buyer's Premium: A buyers' premium of 10% of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price for the auction lot.

The Michigan State sales tax (6%) will be paid at the Secretary of State for vehicles with titles

Payment: We will accept cash or check at pick up. (Checks made to Braun and Helmer Auction Service.) Braun and Helmer Auction Company accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashier's Check, Personal or Company Checks. No checks outside of the state of Michigan are accepted (unless approved).

The auction company reserves the right to reject any bids.

Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Braun and Helmer Auction Company reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.

Open House & Inspection: September 9th from 2:00 to 6:00 pm or by appointment.

BIDDING STARTS: September 3rd @ 9 AM
BIDDING ENDS: September 10th @ 7 PM

MERCHANDISE PICK UP:
Pick up is Friday Sept 11th - 10am to 2:00pm & Saturday Sept 12th - 10am to 2:00pm.

If you buy a vehicle or larger items and need to make arraignments to pick up, please check in before bidding.

CRITICALLY IMPORTANT!
You will be provided the location of your purchase once you have won. Most items are in one place, however some of the equipment is at different lotions.

PICK UP LOCATION:

Pickup: All items, must be picked up on the published move out date(s). Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Braun and Helmer Auction Company.

**Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with Braun and Helmer Auction Company, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If your items are not picked up within 10 days Braun and Helmer Auction Company reserves the right to forfeit your items.

Following the completion of the online auction, purchased items can be picked up aligning with state guidelines for social distancing.
