 Situated in northern Gratiot County (Pine River Twp), the Arnold D. and Barbara J.  Anderson Living Trust will be selling the Anderson farmstead at live public auction on Sat, Oct 24^th to the highest acceptable bidder. The 80-acre farm will be sold in two parcels (or combination):

 Parcel A~ 2 acres +/- with a 3 bedroom home, 2- car garage and large pole barns

 Parcel B~ 78 acres +/- of prime loamy agricultural land with back acreage of woodland for excellent hunting.

 Parcel C~ A combination a A & B for 80 +/- acres of land w/ home and buildings
