Antique and Country Store Liquidation Auction

This is a unique opportunity to buy the inventory of a closed antique and country store. You will find antiques and vintage items of all types, silver, railroad items, paper currency, coins, historical items, glassware, pottery, civil war and other military items, plus many items with WV and western VA significance.

Pickup Available In Maysville WV or at our Dayton VA office.

This is an online only auction which will begin to close on August 31 at 7:00 PM and will close at the rate of 4 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.

Preview and Pickup Information:

Preview for this auction will be August 31 from 3-5 PM at 166 Musket Trail, Maysville WV 26833.

Pickup is at the same location on Wednesday September 2 from 10AM - 6 PM or at our office in Dayton VA on Thursday September 3 from 1-6 PM. Please pay attention to item descriptions as some items are available for pickup only in Maysville WV and not at our Dayton location. 

Please bring help to assist you in loading your purchases. Some Items Are Heavy and Bulky.

Pickup will be a scheduled pickup with appointments through Sign Up Genius. Winning bidders will recieve an email at the close of the auction with a link to sign up for their preferred pickup time and location.

Shipping Will Be Available For Smaller Items In This Auction At The Buyers Expense. In addition to actual shipping costs a packaging and handling charge will apply at the rate of $5 for the first lot and $2 per lot thereafter. Please pay attention to item descriptions which will note items that cannot be shipped.

ATTN: Due to not having internet access at the auction location we will not be accepting payment at pickup. All credit cards will be charged at the conclusion of the auction.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to each successful bid. West Virginia Sales Tax of 6% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) is the approved method of payment. Due to no internet access at the auction location we will be charging all credit cards immediately at the conclusion of the auction. We will not be accepting cash or check for this auction. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. All payments must be made before any items are removed from the property.
