ESTATE SALE Atlanta / Decatur Beautiful home (((((PACKED))))) Friday August 21st & Saturday August 22nd à 9am to 3pm each day 50% to 75% Throughout the day Saturday CASH ONLY PLEASE – Executive home filled with many years accumulation of treasures, Many high End Items from Neiman Marcus. Please make sure that you DO NOT block driveways, walk in neighbors’ yards and only park on one side of the street. This neighborhood is extremely strict and there will be a Police Officer present to enforce. We sure hope this finds you all healthy, safe and well. We are excited to offer up the next Estate Sale for your viewing, however need your help to ensure everyone’s safety due to COVID-19. This is what we will be doing and requiring; * Staff of CCA will all be wearing face masks * Staff and Patrons will be ensuring social distancing is happening * All Patrons must have face masks to enter *We will open all windows we can *We will have sanitation stations in the restrooms * We will limit the number of patrons that enter the house * We will be taking temperatures before entry, if anyone has a temp over 100.4, we will be unable to let you in. While some of these requirements might seem a bit excessive, we are determined to be safe and offer a great sale. Other great sales to come. MANY ACTUALLY. This home is PACKED with beautiful high End Items and we are excited to offer the sale to you. Please note, we will be unable to preview items and quote prices prior to day of sale and you must have help to load as we will be unable to assist. Please come pre-pared as we will open promptly at 9am each day. House must be empty by close of sale and everything MUST BE GONE!
