All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/credit-debit cards for purchases over $20.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted. Please bring your own bags/boxes to pack your items. No large purses will be allowed in the home. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Sign in sheet will be posted one hour before start of sale on first day only. |

Hello friends, Welcome to another Grasons Co. Central Coast Estate Sale. We are honored to have been chosen to perform this sale in Santa Barbara. There are beautiful designer and antique pieces in this sale including art, furniture, rugs, tapestry, plants, décor items and more. The sale dates are August 27th, 28th and 29th. More photos to come as we set-up. IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFO: Grasons Co. SCC is Certified with the Santa Barbara County Public Health COVID-19 and is compliant with county mitigation measures. Per Santa Barbara County and C.D.C. guidelines, all shoppers and employees must practice safe social distancing. Everyone who enters the home must wear a mask and remain a minimum of 6ft. apart throughout the home. Please bring your own mask. PARKING INFO: The home is located where parking is very limited. Please exercise courtesy when finding a place to park. There is a small roundabout circle just beyond the sale location where parking is a bit more accessible. Please do not park in neighbor’s driveways or along the roadside where passing is difficult. As always, be respectful to the neighbors and the Grasons staff.
