HILDEBRANDT SHORT NOTICE ONLINE MOVING AUCTION. Having sold their lake home, the Hildebrandts will sell the following online only. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE NOTES BELOW PRIOR TO PLACING ANY BIDS. Notes: - John Peck Auctions DOES NOT currently offer any shipping options. You must be able to pick up the merchandise on the assigned pickup date and time window. - Pickup date and time is Monday 8/17/2020 from 11 AM until 4 PM at the location disclosed on the winning bidders receipt. -Any and all items must be picked up on the pickup day unless other arrangements have been made. - If we notice a bidder is registered from out of state you will be declined unless you make it aware to us you are able to pick items up in person. - YOUR credit card on file WILL NOT be charged unless you request it be charged for won items. - The credit card used to register will automatically be charged the full amount of any won items after 48 hours of the auction if payment has not been made. - All bidders must be at least 18 years or older to bid on most items and 21 to Purchase Handguns (You must possess a purchase permit or MI CPL to purchase a handgun). NO EXCEPTIONS - All successful bidders will be charged a 13% internet premium if paying with credit card. - All successful bidders will be charged a 10% internet premium if paying with cash or check. - Sales tax will not be collected as this is a one owner onsite auction. - Cash, MI Check or Credit Card is accepted. - Items can be paid for on the scheduled pickup date. - The pickup location for items will be contained on the paid invoice of successful bidders/buyers location in the Gladwin, MI area (Wiggins Lake). - Any succesful bidder/buyer of a vehicle must bring proof of insurance on pickup day in order to drive the vehicle off location.
