We cannot answer phone calls during the sale for individual questions. You are responsible for the safety and behavior of your children. Please do not park in or block driveways. Please be courteous to the neighborhood and the client's home. Employees cannot carry heavy furniture. Please arrange your own movers for heavy items.

| Family is moving to their home up north and the home up north is already fully furnished. Sooooo everything duplicate is on the selling block. This is a very clean and neat home with some wonderful and unique items. I am allowing for furniture pre- sale only. Pre-sale items go for the full asking price. So call me if you are interested in any of the furniture items before the sale begins. I know how some people are...so you will only be allowed to shop the furniture before the sale date. |
