Auction Terms All items are sold as is where is. I have provided all the information that I have in the description box. Please read and it should answer any questions. Any small items "jewelry, books, dishes" can be shipped w/ buyers paying any shipping costs. The bigger items "furniture, cars..." will be pick up only. 10% internet fee will be charged to each item as well as 4.225% Missouri sales tax will be charged unless you have the proper paper work.
