Hello friends,

Here we go again, we have another online sale.  For those of you who don’t enjoy wearing face covering (who does?), this is the way to go.  There’s a lot of cute and wonderful items in this house.  I tried group items related to each other in the same lots.  But, that can be difficult to do sometime, so please bear with me.  There’s costume jewelry and sterling silver silverware that everyone loves.  And, there are books that I’m sure some of you will enjoy.  Also, there are some art pieces that are quite unusual to see in an estate sale.  There is a couple of originals by artist name Alfredo Bigatti.  And, there are a lot of other smaller knick knacks that I won’t list out to bore you with.  Please take a look at all the lots and have a blast.  The items are found under

Sales Starts: Monday 07/27/2020 Noon 12:30PM

Sales Ends: Friday, 07/31/2020 Noon 04:30PM

All items listed are for pickup only. 

Item Pick Up Information:

Pickup Date/Time: By appointment, from Friday to Saturday everyday between 9:30AM to 3PM

Pickup Location:  Berkeley, CA 94708 (address will be sent to purchaser through Email)

Appointment is needed for pickup.  Please Email (du_rick@yttestatesales.com) or Call (925)215-1259 for appointment.  

Everything is released at “as is” and “where is” condition.  And all sales are final. 

When planning your pickup, please allow sufficient time to pack and move your items before the end time. Please bring up any questions or concerns to administrator on site.  By departing from the pickup site, you are acknowledging that you have all items and that they are to your satisfaction.

Terms and Restrictions: PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

1.         Please carefully review the lot pictures before purchasing.  The pictures can be zoomed in for detailed viewing.    

2.         Due to the lighting used, in some pictures, the color in picture is brighter/lighter than the actual color when seen under the normal light.  Please take that into account when buying. 

3.         We accept all major credit cards plus Paypal.  Address will be sent to the purchaser once when payment is made. 

4.         Please be sure you are able to pick the item up before buying. 

5.         Please bring prove of sale and ID for the pickup. 

6.         If you can’t make the pickup window, please call ahead to make special pickup arrangements before purchasing.  However, there is a very limited time frame for any special pickups. 

7.         Please bring your own packing and moving material, as well as additional people to help, for the pickup.  And, please keep in mind that some of the furniture may require some disassembly, so please bring your own tools as well. 

8.         All sales are final.  Refund can be issued only in case when the description and pictures of an item is grossly inaccurate.  If you discover such a case, please let us know immediately so we may rectify it.

9.         All sales prices include sales tax based on the pickup location. 

10.       For this particular sale, we will not accept any resale licenses.  For resellers, please keep prove of purchase for this sale for your sales tax deduction when your file your next tax return.  If you’re not certain, please call and I’ll provide you with some additional information.
