Buyer is responsible for all shipping/freight costs, handling costs, and taxes where applicable. Shipping/pick-up arrangements and payment are the responsibility of the buyer. Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of items is at the sole risk, expense, and liability of the buyer. Any items not removed on scheduled auction pick-up dates may be charged a daily storage fee at a rate determined by the auctioneer. After 90 days, items will be resold and NO REFUND will be returned to the buyer. All items unpaid within 14 days after the end of the auction will be subject to being resold.
