THIS SALE WILL BEGIN at 8:00 AM, Sat, 8/8 online.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE while the owners made last minute changes. New items have been added and some removed from sale.

Individual items and lots from this seaside estate will be offered to online buyers for 2 days and later on site for 2 days by appointment.  There are numerous, additional unphotographed items for sale on site during appointment times and during pickup of online purchases.  (Prices will be posted and the sale will begin only after the family has finalized the inventory of items they are taking.  We apologize that this has delayed the start time)  

To make a purchase online starting 8/8 at 8:00 AM:
