Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be sold in as-is, where-is, condition.  All bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of items before bidding and buying.  Once the auctioneer declares the item or items sold, that item becomes the responsibility of the winning bidder, and that bidder should maintain the whereabouts of the item or items purhcased.   Neither the auction company nor the seller are responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Check with approved and satisfactory Photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  All payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will have a 4% buyer's fee included to the final total of the purchase.  Payments made with Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyer's fee waived on personal property item purhcases only.

Directions:  From interstate 40 at Checotah, take Hwy 69 South to Texanna Rd.   Take the Texanna Rd exit.  Go East on Texanna Rd approximately two miles to the auction location.  Auction Signs will be Posted.
