Other arrangements may include meeting with cash, or delivery of bank check to Talon Title prior to August 27. Any unused deposits shall be immediately returned.
*Earnest money deposit is non-refundable and not contingent upon bidder financing.
*Winning bidder shall deliver balance of winning bid to Talon Title within 30 days of auction closing. Be confident of your financing prior to bidding.
