PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE NOTES BELOW PRIOR TO PLACING ANY BIDS. Notes: - John Peck Auctions DOES NOT currently offer any shipping options. You must be able to pick up the merchandise on the assigned pickup date and time window. - Pickup date and time is Wednesday 7/29/2020 from 11 AM until 5 PM at the location disclosed on the winning bidders receipt. -Any and all items must be picked up on the pickup day unless other arrangements have been made. - If we notice a bidder is registered from out of state you will be declined unless you make it aware to us you are able to pick items up in person. - YOUR credit card on file WILL NOT be charged unless you request it be charged for won items. - The credit card used to register will automatically be charged the full amount of any won items after 48 hours of the auction if payment has not been made. - All bidders must be at least 18 years or older to bid on most items and 21 to Purchase Handguns (You must possess a purchase permit or MI CPL to purchase a handgun). NO EXCEPTIONS - All successful bidders will be charged a 13% internet premium if paying with credit card. - All successful bidders will be charged a 10% internet premium if paying with cash or check. -Cash, MI Check or Credit Card is accepted. - Items can be paid for on the scheduled pickup date. - The pickup location for items will be contained on the paid invoice of successful bidders/buyers location in the Houghton Lake, MI area. - Any succesful bidder/buyer of a vehicle must bring proof of insurance on pickup day in order to drive the vehicle off location.
