Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in as-is, where-is condition.  Once the item or items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All Bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of items they are interested in before bidding and buying.  All Sales are Final.  All items must be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with Proper Photo ID,  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  However payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards are subject to a 4% buyer's fee included with the final total of the purchase.  All Payments made with Cash or Approved Check, the 4% buyer's fee will not apply to personal property item purchases only.
