NOTE: Social distancing recommendations will be in effect.  Most of the auction will be held outdoors, and bidders will be asked to maintain a 6’ distance between each other.  Hand sanitizer will be available. Please do not attend the auction if you have reason to believe that you may be sick.  

Update (Thurs. July 23):  The auction will be held entirely outdoors.  Furniture is still in the house, and will be sold from a catalog outside at 10 AM.  Items remaining in basement are also cataloged, and will sell after the furniture.  House will be open to preview the items at 8 AM.  Catalogs are available above, and will be available at the auction.   Bring your own help to remove your items from the house.  We will not have staff available to help with removal and/or loading.  Additional pickup times on Sunday 7/26 from 9 AM til 2 PM.

Please wear a face mask at the auction, unless you cannot do so because of health reasons.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
