A 4% Buyer’s Premium applies to all purchases, discounted for those paying by cash or check. Announcements made auction day supersede anything written or implied. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine genuineness and value. LEFT/ABSENTEE BIDS: There is a $20 minimum on each left bid item.
