All bidders are responsible to know what item they are bidding on.
The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT, and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.

Items must be picked within 5 business days of the auction end. All firearms are subject to a Firearm Background check. You must bring your valid driver's license/id and your LTC (if you have it) when you pick up your firearm.

Buyers Premiums:

10% per item for all items won

Shipping:
Shipping is available to a valid FFL Holder ONLY. Your FFL Holder must email a copy of their license with the winner's name to contact@cacwaco.com. Winner will be responsible for all shipping charges plus $5 handling fee.

We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks
$75 returned check Fee applies
