6% KY sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you have a current 2020 tax exemption resell certificate is approved by and on file with our office. If your sales tax permit hasn't been preapproved please be advised that it could not be acceptable.

Please look before you bid as all bids made are final and subject to these terms and conditions. Items are sold AS-IS, where is with no warranty expressed or implied by the auction company. We do our best to describe each item accurately but it is up to the bidder to satisfy themselves as to value, condition and size. Images are approximate, the images provided are (obviously) a mixture of stock images provided by the manufacturer and images taken by the auction company. All items purchased in the Thursday and Saturday auctions should be picked up within 7 days. Pickup is BY APPOINTMENT. Please visit our website to schedule your appointment. Items left on site over 10 days will be resold. Absolutely no refunds will be given.

PICKUP TERMS: Items picked up in the box are subject to the same terms and conditions as items on the floor. We do not guarantee items to be in boxes. Visual inspection should be done before you leave the premises. It is the buyers responsibility to be sure that all of the correct items are loaded and they are in acceptable condition before leaving the premises. Please bring help to assist in the loading process. The auction company can not be responsible for items after they leave the facility.

An online bid is a legally binding contract to purchase, if you do not agree with the terms of the auction DO NOT BID. The auction company, consignors nor the hosting company will be responsible for any discrepency in bidding, missed bids, internet outages or disputes of price. All bids are logged into our computer software at the fall of the hammer in the live auction. All auctions are considered to be with reserve unless they are advertised as absolute. The auction company reserves the right to bid on behalf of those reserves. At the conclusion of the auction you will recieve an email with an invoice of items won after the auction is conluded and a full accounting is done.


The auction company reserves the right to correct any and all errors that could happen before or during the auction including typographical, clerking errors or any errors caused by loss of an Internet connection. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins.

On rare occasions, an item may be sold that is no longer in inventory. This can happen due to a clerical error, damaged item, or shortage from our suppliers. In the event that an item is purchased that is no longer in inventory, we will reimburse the full purchase price of the item, plus any auction fees or taxes. The auction company will not be resposible for any other charges.
