ONE OWNER ESTATE AUCTION. Due to the passing of Mrs. LaForest's husband the following items will sell absolute at their home in Flint. This will be the last of two auctions that will be conducted for the LaForest Estate. This sale Features; Firearms, Craftsman lawn tractor, 16' V bottom fishing boat, tools, lawn & garden, outdoor decorative items, household, collectible & craft related items. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE NOTES BELOW PRIOR TO PLACING ANY BIDS, FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE AUCTION TERMS COULD RESULT IN NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. Notes: - John Peck Auctions DOES NOT currently offer any shipping options. You must be able to pick up the merchandise on the assigned pickup date and time window. - Pickup date and time is Wednesday 7/15/2020 from 11 AM until 5 PM at the location disclosed on the winning bidders receipt. -Any and all items must be picked up on the pickup day unless other arrangements have been made. - If we notice a bidder is registered from out of state you will be declined unless you make it aware to us you are able to pick items up in person. - YOUR credit card on file WILL NOT be charged unless you request it be charged for won items. - The credit card used to register will automatically be charged the full amount of any won items after 48 hours of the auction if payment has not been made. - Ensure your credit card on file is up to date and can cover any bids placed. Please remember a bid placed is a commitment to purchase as per the terms all bidders acknowledge prior to bidding. In the event a winning bidder is a no show on pickup the credit card on file WILL be charged for the items won. If your card is declined negative feedback will immediately be assigned to the public domain for other companies to be aware of. - All bidders must be at least 18 years or older to bid on most items and 21 to Purchase Handguns (You must possess a purchase permit or MI CPL to purchase a handgun). NO EXCEPTIONS - All successful bidders will be charged a 13% internet premium if paying with credit card. - All successful bidders will be charged a 10% internet premium if paying with cash or check. - Cash, MI Check or Credit Card is accepted. - Items can be paid for on the scheduled pickup date. - The pickup location for items will be contained on the paid invoice of successful bidders/buyers location in the Burton, MI area (Bristol Rd). - Any succesful bidder/buyer of a vehicle must bring proof of insurance on pickup day in order to drive the vehicle off location.
