Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in as-is, where-is condition.  Once the item or items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All sale will be final.  All items are to be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms: We accept Cash or Check w/ Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  All payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will have a 4% buyers fee included with the total.  Payment made with Cash or Approved Check, the 4% buyers fee will be waived on personal property item purchases only.
