Welcome to the Orville and Joanne Lawyer Estate Online Auction. This is one of those opportunities that only come along every once in a great while. The Lawyer family has a very rich history dating back hundreds of years. Orville and Joanne were married back in the Fabulous 40's. They owned the Old DX Station in Charleston, IL. back in the 1950's. They then moved out to the farm near Hutton Township where they raised crops and also managed to raise 5 children as well. Orville and Joanne kept farming until 1978 and moved back to Charleston, IL. in 1998. They enjoyed many years in Charleston and they were very well respected members of the community. Orville Laywer passed in 2010, Joanne Lawyer in 2019, There are several generations of fine antiquities that have been meticulously cared for as well as completely documented. From the 1800's Victorian Era to Mid Century Modern Design, As well as high-end, very nice, and very clean household items that have been kept in immaculate condition for so many years.
