Grandson’s Estate Sales is finally back beginning this week. We have a big 1 day Benicia picker event this Saturday that we have been waiting to open since March. The estate has a packed garage that is full of contractors tools, fishing, gaming traps, hardware, camping items, paints, cases of framing nails, vintage Coleman lanterns, masonry tools, hand tools, woodworking tools, and much more. The house has furniture, kitchen items, home decorative, clothing, metal file cabinets, books, lamps, artwork, dining room table set, entertainment center, la-z-boy chairs, weight lifting items vintage arrows, and much more! The backyard has garden tools, contractor equipment, lawn mowers, newer washer & dryer, upright freezer, and much more!
**Attention**Disclaimer- All G.E.S. events will have wireless live feed security monitoring on premise (Day and Night) with interior motion sensors and exterior cameras. Property is alarmed. All event addresses will be advertised @ 5am Pacific standard time on the day of event.
