We will start the live feed 15 minutes prior to the start of the sale so people can gather.

WE DO NOT QUOTE PRICING PRIOR TO THE SALE

We will walk through the estate on camera, showcasing each lot as we go. Each item or grouping of items will have a lot number, which will be revealed at that time.

Due to time restrictions and the number of lots being offered, it is unlikely we will be able to finish walking through the entire estate in one Live session.

If your interested in purchasing a lot you must type the lot #, the price, and sold. 

Example “ Lot 4 $100 Sold“

The first person to post to the LIVE chat will win the item.

You will receive a message from us confirming that your bid was the winning bid. If you do not receive a message, please refresh your browser during the live sale.

Buyers will then be asked to message us through Facebook with an email address so we can send an invoice.

Once the invoice is paid, an address will be given & pickup time will be scheduled. 

Buyers are to park curbside for pickup, 

NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE HOME !!!

Grasons staff will bring items out to you. We cannot load the items into your vehicle. Some items may require buyers to bring their own packing materials, boxes, tie downs, and pads.  

All sold items must be picked up by 4pm on Monday. NO PICKUPS ARE ALLOWED ON SATURDAY 6/27

At the end of the sale or if you are unable to watch “LIVE”, if you are interested in a lot that did not sell please send us an message to our facebook or email at longbeach@grasons.com. 

PLEASE DO NOT START WATCH PARTIES. THEY SLOW DOWN THE FEED FOR EVERYBODY AND DISABLE VIEWER COMMENTING.
