We know you are anxious to begin bidding, however it is critical that you fully understand and agree to the following terms and conditions of this online only auction. By participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Disclaimer : All lots sell as is, where is, with all faults. Braun and Helmer Auction Company and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. Braun and Helmer Auction Company encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Braun and Helmer Auction Company is not responsible for incorrect listing information, if any. Braun and Helmer Auction Company has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is your exclusive responsibility as a bidder to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. Printed statements,descriptions and counts by Braun and Helmer Auction Company staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.

Buyer's Premium: A buyers' premium of 10% of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price for the auction lot.

Payment: We will accept cash or check at pick up. We will also accept credit card at pick up with an additional 3% charge. Braun and Helmer Auction Company accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal or Company Checks. No checks outside of the state of Michigan are accepted (unless approved). Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Braun and Helmer Auction Company reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.

DUE TO THE RESTRICTIONS PLACED BY THE STATE OF MICHIGAN AMID COVID-19, WE CANNOT CONDUCT THE TRADITIONAL AUCTION PREVIEWS. HOWEVER, WE CAN MAKE SOME SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR THOSE THAT WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY INSPECT SPECIFIC ITEMS. PLEASE CONTACT US AT: 734-368-1733.

Friday and Saturday, June 26-27, 2020 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. CRITICALLY IMPORTANT! YOU MUST SCHEDULE YOUR PICK UP TIME

PICK UP LOCATION: 356 West Bennett St., Saline, MI 48176

Pickup: All items, must be picked up on the published move out date(s). Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Braun and Helmer Auction Company. **Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with Braun and Helmer Auction Company, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If your items are not picked up within 10 days Braun and Helmer Auction Company reserves the right to forfeit your items.

Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each thirty seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional three minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group.

Debt Collection and Interest Charges: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Braun and Helmer Auction Company in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Braun and Helmer Auction Company. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Livonia, Michigan. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, Braun and Helmer Auction Company is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Braun and Helmer Auction Company, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.

Non Paying: In addition to the above, Understand that we are working for our seller. We have zero tolerance for non-paying bidders and we will proceed aggressively to rectify such situations. In addition, non paying bidders information will become public information and distributed through multiple venues.

Age Requirement All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.

Bidder Information and Security: All registration information the bidder provides to Braun and Helmer Auction Company shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Braun and Helmer Auction Company if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.

The Saline Living Estate Auction will take place online starting Wednesday June 17 and will run through Thursday June 25th. Following the completion of the online auction, purchased items can be picked up via curb side pick up aligning with state guidelines for social distancing. Please bring a mask for pick up, if you are unable to bring a mask we can provide one for you. ***DO NOT SHOW UP AT THE PROPERTY WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT*** We will be using Sign Up Genius to schedule pick up times for purchased items.
