Jeff would like the house cleared out so he can fill it up for his next sale, he will deal even more as the day goes on! *** *** In addition to the terms and conditions noted above, the following also applies: *** To comply with Phase 3 of the Restore Illinois plan, we will be limiting the number of people in the house to 10 at one time. No children under 18 or pets please. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the property. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the house and on the property while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the property. Thank you for your cooperation! We are helping a friend with a multi-estate liquidation sale at a charming and convenient Wheeling location, the blue house right along Milwaukee Ave at Wheeling Sale Barn. There will be items for sale both inside and outside the store. A few highlights are below. Since we are not offering our jewelry caravan at our estate sales right now our entire collection of reasonably priced sterling silver jewelry as well as lots of reasonably priced costume jewelry (vintage with some newer pieces mixed in as well as other surprises) will be available for sale at rock bottom prices.
