Please bring your own bags/boxes for packing. NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED in the HOME. We have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Please obey all parking restrictions and do not block the neighbor's driveway. Sign up sheet will be posted an hour before start of sale on first day only. |
