Summit Estate Sales does not provide movers or packers, so bring your own muscle! All items must be removed from premise by end of sale. Summit Estate Sales is not responsible for any accidents, liabilities, or claims. Children must be accompanied by guardian. You break it, you buy it. No Returns-Try it before you buy it. No large bags or purses. Forms of payment accepted are Cash and Debit/Credit Cards only with Driver's License.

Great Harrisonville estate sale at 24209 East 235th Street on June 19th-21 with Collectibles, Tool Chests, Furniture, and Home Wares on June 19th-21st. Friday-Saturday 9am-3pm, Sunday 10am-2pm. Summit Estate Sales cares about keeping our Shopping Friends safe during this COVID-19 CDC situation therefore Masks are Required to enter, Social Distancing Protocol will be followed, Limited Entry will be observed, and Sanitizer available upon check-out. Limited Yard Parking, 2 separate entrances/exits. Just remember: Sale is located off MO Hwy 7/Mechanic St between MO Hwy 58 & I-49/Hwy 71. So, if you’re coming in from Pleasant Hill, Holden, Warrensburg, etc GPS would send you to MO 58 Hwy, then South on MO 7 Hwy to 235th St; from Clinton & Warsaw North on Hwy 7 to Harrisonville; Rich Hill, Adrian, Nevada head North on I-49/Hwy 71 to MO Hwy 7; but if coming in from Lee’s Summit area it may send you on the scenic route: Hwy 50 to South 291 Hwy, East on 225th St, South on Jefferson Pkwy, East on 227th St, South on MO Hwy 7, East on 235th Street. Keep the faith, and keep your directions as signs may disappear if mowers are out. Entry to House thru Garage:
