Purchasers are responsible for checking the functionality of all electronic devices and the condition of all housewares. Cash, credit, check (with valid ID) $40 Returned Check Fee We ONLY ACCEPT our own sign-up sheets. If you place your name on the list, you MUST stay within sight of the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not be giving numbers at this sale; we will only use the sign-up sheet. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT give pricing information before sales. ***VERY IMPORTANT INFO BELOW*** Due to the highly unusual nature of this sale, we have added several policies to make your experience with us a positive one! • Per guidelines of the CDC and the State of Michigan, we will be limiting the number of customers to 20 in the home and masks will be required at all times inside. Sanitizer stations will be throughout the interior and by our sign up sheet outside. • The signup sheet will be available at 3PM ON THURSDAY. Please respect our neighbors by not blocking driveways or mailboxes or parking on the grass. • Any signup sheets started before 3PM THURSDAY WILL NOT BE HONORED. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 3PM to sign up. The address will be added to this post and can be found at estatesales.net at 3PM Thursday. • In order to get everyone through the door, we will not add any names to the waitlist after 8PM. Please plan to arrive by 8, or join us for our sale on Friday starting at 9AM. • All prices are firm on Thursday and Friday. Half price will begin at 9AM on Saturday. Our bag sale will run from 3-4PM on Saturday. • Some of our militaria is highly sensitive in nature, and will be in a private entry room. No more than two shoppers at a time will be allowed in. Please plan for an additional wait to enter this room. • Three Sparrows Estate Sales reserves the right to refuse service to customers who we feel are contributing to a negative shopping atmosphere. • We anticipate a large crowd on Thursday evening.
