  2. The Sellers nor Progressive Auction Co. makes any representations as to the condition of any or all items.

  3. All items are being sold in as is, where is, how is condition without any warranty of any kind written, oral, and or implied.

  4. Cash or good local check will be accepted for this sale. In the event a check is returned to the Co. for any reason the buyer signing the check will be responsible for any and all fees and attorney fees including a $50.00 return check fee to the Co.

  5. There will be a 18% Buyers premium added to the sales price with a 3% discount for using cash.

This is an Estate sale of the items listed to be sold on June 15th starting at 9:00 a.m. at 314 Cray's Chapel Rd. in Yorktown Va. to liquidate everything that will be for sale.  All items must be paid for and removed the day of sale.  
Bring you own help and trucks to pick up your bought items.  The family is unable to assist you in moving any items.  Items may be added in addition to the presented listing because of the required move.  You will still be following the terms and conditions of a regular auction at this sale.
