Update:  Auction will be held outside as much as possible.  Furniture is still in the house, and will be sold outside from a catalog (available above) at 10 AM.  Furniture sells AS IS, WHERE IS.  Bring your own help to remove it from house.  We will not have staff available to help with loading furniture.  Additional pick-up time Sunday July 12 from 9 AM til 2 PM.  Selling in 2 rings....both crews starting at 9:00.  Tractor, attachments, and trailer sell at 11 AM.  Plenty of good off-road parking in hayfield behind house.

NOTE: Social distancing recommendations will be in effect.  Most of the auction will be held outdoors, and bidders will be asked to maintain a 6’ distance between each other.  Hand sanitizer will be available. Please do not attend the auction if you have reason to believe that you may be sick.
