It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered please contact us to schedule a time. HGWT llc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. We reserve the right to charge the card on file. All invoices will be sent out showing a 10% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. If paying by credit or debit card. Card and drivers license must match Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. This is an online only auction to liquidate a partial estate in Eureka, Mo. Everything sells as is, as found with no attempt to improve in any fashion. The owner had recently moved from lake of the Ozarks so this is the balance of her personal property. This home is neat as a pin and ready for a new home.
There is a 10% buyers premium added to all bids to offset the costs of online auctions. Auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 pm on June 24th with 1 lot closing every 15 seconds. Pick up is June 26th from Noon til 6 pm
