Notes: - All bidders must be at least 18 years or older to bid on most items and 21 to Purchase Handguns (You must possess a purchase permit or MI CPL to purchase a handgun). NO EXCEPTIONS - All successful bidders will be charged a 13% internet premium if paying with credit card. - All successful bidders will be charged a 10% internet premium if paying with cash or check. - Cash, MI Check or Credit Card is accepted. - Items can be paid for on the scheduled pickup date. - The credit card used to register will automatically be charged the full amount of any won items after 48 hours of the auction if payment has not been made. - The pickup location for items will be contained on the paid invoice of successful bidders/buyers location in the (Forest Lake) Alger, MI area. - Any succesful bidder/buyer of a vehicle must bring proof of insurance on pickup day in order to drive the vehicle off location. If no insurance is supplied, vehicle must be trailered off the lot. - Pickup date and time is Tuesday 6/23/2020 from 10 AM until 5 PM at the location disclosed on the winning bidders receipt. -Any and all items must be picked up on the pickup day unless other arrangements have been made. - John Peck Auctions does not currently offer any shipping options.
