It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. We reserve the right to charge the card on file. All invoices will be sent out showing a 10% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. If paying by credit or debit card. Card and drivers license must match Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. This is another fantastic Peanut Gallery auction, All items sell as is as found. The majority of the art is part of the Creve Coere estate that finishes June 18. We moved the art and collectibles to alleviate the load out and the elevator. This auction has a soft close at 7:30 on Monday June 15 with pick up on June 17 from Noon til 6 pm.
