When the lots begin closing, it is best to be on the “Active” page of the auction. Click on the button that says “Active” and this will take you to the lots that are still open for bidding, and the lots that are beginning to close. If you want to keep track of the items you are interested in, you can star the lot by clicking the star in the top left corner of the picture. Once you have your items “starred”, you can click on the button at the right corner of the page that says “My Items” and this will show you just the items you have starred.

Winning Bidder Notification: If you are the winning bidder you will be notified with an invoice via email within 12 hours of the close of the auction. Catalog Discrepancies: You are bidding on the item as described. Do not rely solely on the photograph. Occasionally, the wrong photo may be displayed, or other additional items may be pictured which do not sell with the current lot. Bidding Errors: We will not reverse bids that have caused another bidder to be outbid. We will not reverse any bids after the auction has begun to close, no exceptions. Charge-backs: Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will he or she initiate a charge-back. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, the Auctioneer reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the Auctioneer nor the online bidding software and service provider shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by the Auctioneer. Any item not picked up at stated pickup time will be forfeited with no notice to Buyer unless arrangements have been made with Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. prior to end of pickup time. No refunds or charge-backs will be granted due to a lack of removal during the designated times. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. does not provide labor, equipment, tools or supplies needed to package or remove purchases. Please bring sufficient tools and labor. Purchaser is responsible for proper disconnection of all appliances. Dear Bidders, due to the COVID-19 virus we are taking the following precautions for the health and safety of you and our staff for the Preview and Checkout Times.

If during a Preview please be aware we may restrict groups from congregating. Usually, fewer Bidders attend, so should not be an issue.

RogersAuction2@gmail.com with an appointed time you plan to arrive or if you’d like your items shipped. Also, reply how you would like to pay, as this will speed up the checkout.

If you don’t reply, you may have to wait if a group is congregated, so appreciate your patience.

*Fortunately, this is a rather small number of items, so number of buyers should be very manageable with the 5 hour time frame we’ve allotted. *Our staff will also plan to get there early and group smaller items and can possibly hand these to you if you wish to remain in your vehicle.
