Auction Terms & Conditions:

1) No items are to be removed from the auction premises until paid in full by Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Debit Card, Certified or Cashier's Check within 48 hours of the close of the Auction.

2) There is a 15% flat buyer’s premium in effect for this auction, to be added to the final bid to be paid by the buyer.

3) Pickups are to be made by appointment, by contacting Brzostek's at show contact info or call Bernie Brzostek @ show contact info . Buyer assumes responsibility to make arrangements with Brzostek's Auction Service, Inc. to pickup their item @ 80 Smokey Hollow Road, Baldwinsville, NY 13027. If items are not picked up within 10 days of the close of the auction and alternate arrangements cannot be made, we reserve the right to consider these items abandoned property. The will be resold or otherwise disposed of without compensation.

4) All bidders should be aware of their tax liabilities when bidding. All purchases in New York State will be subject to 8.00% sales tax, unless the purchaser has a New York State Tax Exemption Number on file with Brzostek's. Exemption numbers from other states are not valid in New York. A current New York Out-Of-State Resale Certificate (OSR) must be provided for exemption.

5) Returned (bounced) checks incur a $30.00 dollar service charge.

6) All items are sold in "as-is" condition with all of its faults, no warranty implied or intended.

7) All sales are final. There will be no refunds, replacements or exchanges. All items are made available to the buyer for inquiry and inspection prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are the opinions of Brzostek's Auction Service, Inc. and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold.

8) The bidder assumes full responsibility for items at the conclusion of the online auction. A bid entered by mistake on the bidder's part is NOT grounds for a cancellation of the bid. Each bidder is responsible for his or her own account and bids. Allowing access to another individual who enters a bid without your knowledge will NOT be grounds for a rescission of the bid(s). Any bid made on your account will bind you to the bid in accordance with these terms.

9) Auctioneer may facilitate the employment of carriers and packers as a convenience to purchasers, but assumes no responsibility for their actions. Buyer to pay all expenses regarding shipment of their purchases to them.
