Take your time and look over the lots and additional details.

The last day of the auction is very hectic and we ask you to get your questions to us in advance and before you bid on any items. Pick up day June 13th, 2020 from 9 am-3:30 pm only! The address is given only to those who have won and paid for their lots. There are no other days or times available. Please bring all tie-downs, packing, boxes, and other items needed to safely transport your winning bids. There will not be any assistance with loading ANY items in this sale. Please bring help to load and move any and all winning lots. We will be coordinating scheduling for pickup of larger items and lots.

Note: We reserve the right to remove any lots from the auction at any time. No gold or silver was tested and was listed according to the marks on the pieces. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are offered.

Contact us with questions before you bid. The final hours before the auction ends and during the auction are extremely busy. If we are busy assisting other bidders, there will be a delay before we can return calls, emails or texts. Please DO NOT BID on any items if you have unanswered questions.

Texas Sales Tax Exempt? You must send us a filled out and signed copy of form 01-339 prior to bidding. Send to: at.auctions@yahoo.com. Please include your full name and exempt business name as well.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping will be offered ONLY on items clothing, shoes, handbags, and jewelry. In addition, the items must fit inside a USPS flat rate box. The cost for shipping is the USPS flat rate fees and $5 handling fee per box. Yes, we do combine shipping IF the items fit nicely inside the box. Otherwise, you will pay fees per box as noted above. Please notify us within 24 hours after the auction ends if you require shipping. Items are shipped out within 7 business days after the close of the auction. We reserve the right to ship any items "signature required".

As always, ask before bidding if you are not sure an item is available for shipping. -Insurance on items is NOT provided and you must notify us within 24 hours after the auction ends if you want shipping and insurance (we will charge your credit card on file for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs).
