Please read the following terms and conditions before bidding to familarize yourself with auction process:

*All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.

* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* There will be a 10% buyers premium for online bidders. 3% buyers premium for online bidders for the pickup truck only

* We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards, and cash. A 5% surcharge will be applied if paying with credit card. Cards will be charged automatically after the sale is over. Starting March 1st 2020, we will no longer accept checks. If you are picking up and prefer to pay cash, let us know ahead of time by putting in comment at registration or emailing johncarlauction@gmail.com.

TAX EXEMPT: If you are tax exempt and don't have a form on file, please call us at 717-618-9727 or email johncarlauction@gmail.com. We must have a tax exempt form with your license # filled out and signed before we can take tax off of your invoice. If you want the tax taken off on the current sale, you must have it filled out and sent to us before the sale ends

*Once you pay for your items please allow about 1 week for delivery. Winning Bidders and Buyers will be responsible for paying all shipping, handling, postage, and insurance fees.

*Used caution when opening packages. John Carl Aucion Company will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. Any package that arrive less than satisfactory should be immediately reported to the carrier service used.

*Any items not picked up/payed for within a week of the auction ending will be shipped at your cost or your items will be forfited if not payed for and we will resell them on another sale. Call 717-618-9727 with questions.

* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

This will be a public auction in Holtwood for the estate of Joseph McKelvey. He was the last surviving McKelvey since 1865. This will be the final and complete sale of contents to include pickup truck, mowers, guns, equipment, tools, furniture, household, glassware, and more. We will also offer online bidding for the truck, tractors, lift, and a few of the other items. We will start auctioning the online bidding items to the onsite crowd around 11:30.
