Legal Description: The North 250 feet of the East 500 feet of the N1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 7, Township 94 North, Range 46 West of the 5th P.M., Sioux County, Iowa, subject to public highway.
Open Houses: Open house will be held on the property on May 21, 2020 from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M. and on May 30, 2020 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. (Noon) or by calling one of the agents listed below.
Method of sale: This will be an online only auction. All bidding will take place on www.zomerbid.com. This auction will have a 5 minute auto extension feature enabled.
Taxes: Hope Haven is currently exempt as a Non-Profit from paying property taxes. Property will be re-assessed after ownership is transferred.
Possession: Possession of the property will be on July 23, 2020.
Terms: Purchaser (s) will be required to pay a non-refundable $15,000.00 of the purchase price as earnest money deposit, and also agree to immediately enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day on or before July 23, 2020 when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property.
