STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM on Thursday June 4th 6pm. An item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 15 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.

LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Friday June 5th 9am to 4pm & Sat June 6th 9am to 1pm There are way too many items to meet and make appointments for pick up. If a person cannot pickup the item do not bid. Schmid Auction or seller is not responsible for any accidents of injuries while loading!

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3.5% convenience fee), personal check with proper ID, wire transfer & cash. On a purchase over over 5K the fee will not exceed $500.00. 10 percent fee on every item not to exceed $500 per item. The fee applies to every item.
