Directions:  504 E. Sequoyah St. Muldrow, Ok.  Turn off Hwy 64 by Armstrong Bank in Muldrow, Ok on to Sequoyah Street.  and follow approx. 1/4 mile to the auction location on your left. 

Terms and Conditions:  All sales are final, no warranties expressed or implied shall be given. All purchases shall be paid for the day of auction, no exceptions.  All Bidders / Buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of items before bidding / buying.  Once the item or items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the sole resposibility of the bidder winning the bid.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. 

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Approved Check as payment.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card shall have a 4% buyer's fee included with the grand total of the purchase.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check shall have the 4% buyer's fee waived on personal property item purchases only.
