Listing Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT:

A credit card is used for auction registration, and can also be used for payment if the bidder desires. Payment shall be made at auction load out on Monday, June 8 between 12noon and 6pm. Payment may be made in cash, check or credit card at that time. All credit card transactions shall incur an additional 3% fee.

AS IS AND WHERE IS:

All items in this auction are being sold AS IS and WHERE IS. Bidders are expected to rely on their own inspections to determine quality, condition, quantity, authenticity and value. Leist Auctioneers has described and photographed the items to the best of their ability, but mistakes can and do occur. An inspection period has been offered to bidders to allow their own inspection. Bidders must rely on their own inspections as all sales are final. Please report any errors in the catalog as soon as possible so they may be corrected. Leist Auctioneers will not be responsible for items that "looked different in the picture", or "didn't show a blemish."

AUCTION LOAD OUT

Auction load out will occur on Monday, June 8 between 12noon and 6pm. All items must be picked up at this time, unless prior authorization and arrangements have been issued by Leist Auctioneers. Any items not claimed during the load out period will be charged to the bidder's registered credit card and then removed from the premesis by Leist Auctioneers. A handling and storage fee of $10.00 per day will be assessed to all items that have been removed by Leist Auctioneers. Leist Auctioneers reserves the right to dispose or sell any property not claimed within 30 days. Bidders registered card will be charged for any storage or handling fees.

CHARGE BACKS

By registering for this auction, the Bidder acknowledges they are bidding on items AS IS and with all faults. Bidders agree that they shall not dispute any charges to their credit card as the result of this auction.

BUYERS PREMIUM

A 10% Buyer's Premium shall be assessed to the final bid price of each item to determine the final selling price. For example, an item with a final bid price of $100 will achieve a final a selling price of $110. An additional 3% Buyer's Premium will be assessed to credit card transactions, for a total Buyer's Premium of 13%.

LOADING TERMS

Leist Auctioneers will have minimal staff and their duties are to check out customers, accept payments and direct Buyer's to their items. Leist Auctioneers will NOT have staff available for assisting in loading items. Buyer's requiring assistance in loading should make prior arrangments and bring help with them. There are no exceptions to this due to staffing and liability.

SHIPPING

Shipping is only available for small items such as coins. Leist Auctioneers will transport items requiring shipping to the Petoskey UPS store. Petoskey UPS will contact the bidder for payment and shipping directions. This OPTION IS NOT COST EFFECTIVE.
Bidder is responsible for all shipping charges. Leist Auctioneers is in no way responsible for any damages that may occur during the shipping process. Contact Leist Auctioneers for questions related to shipping, and to confirm your item qualifies.

AUCTION PREVIEW

The auction preview will occur on Sunday, June 7, 2020 from 2pm until 4pm. Inspection will occur at the auction location of 1491 Coppins Rd., Gaylord MI.
Listing Information
The Charlie Bradley Estate Auction has everything from firearms, coins, shop tools, woodworking, farm and household. Charlie operated his small strawberry patch in Otsego County for many years. He marketed his crop at the local Farmers Market. Charlie's product was well known and sought after. Charlie's wish was to have an Estate Auction after his passing. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic the auction will now take place online. The Real Estate will sell on June 18 at Live Absolute Auction.

PAYMENT: A credit card is used for auction registration, and can also be used for payment if the bidder desires. Payment shall be made at auction load out on Monday, June 8 between 12noon and 6pm. Payment may be made in cash, check or credit card at that time. All credit card transactions shall incur an additional 3% fee. AS IS AND WHERE IS: All items in this auction are being sold AS IS and WHERE IS. Bidders are expected to rely on their own inspections to determine quality, condition, quantity, authenticity and value. Leist Auctioneers has described and photographed the items to the best of their ability, but mistakes can and do occur. An inspection period has been offered to bidders to allow their own inspection. Bidders must rely on their own inspections as all sales are final. Please report any errors in the catalog as soon as possible so they may be corrected. Leist Auctioneers will not be responsible for items that "looked different in the picture", or "didn't show a blemish." AUCTION LOAD OUT Auction load out will occur on Monday, June 8 between 12noon and 6pm. All items must be picked up at this time, unless prior authorization and arrangements have been issued by Leist Auctioneers. Any items not claimed during the load out period will be charged to the bidder's registered credit card and then removed from the premesis by Leist Auctioneers. A handling and storage fee of $10.00 per day will be assessed to all items that have been removed by Leist Auctioneers. Leist Auctioneers reserves the right to dispose or sell any property not claimed within 30 days. Bidders registered card will be charged for any storage or handling fees. CHARGE BACKS By registering for this auction, the Bidder acknowledges they are bidding on items AS IS and with all faults. Bidders agree that they shall not dispute any charges to their credit card as the result of this auction. BUYERS PREMIUM A 10% Buyer's Premium shall be assessed to the final bid price of each item to determine the final selling price. For example, an item with a final bid price of $100 will achieve a final a selling price of $110. An additional 3% Buyer's Premium will be assessed to credit card transactions, for a total Buyer's Premium of 13%. LOADING TERMS Leist Auctioneers will have minimal staff and their duties are to check out customers, accept payments and direct Buyer's to their items. Leist Auctioneers will NOT have staff available for assisting in loading items. Buyer's requiring assistance in loading should make prior arrangments and bring help with them. There are no exceptions to this due to staffing and liability. SHIPPING Shipping is only available for small items such as coins. Leist Auctioneers will transport items requiring shipping to the Petoskey UPS store. Petoskey UPS will contact the bidder for payment and shipping directions. This OPTION IS NOT COST EFFECTIVE. Bidder is responsible for all shipping charges. Leist Auctioneers is in no way responsible for any damages that may occur during the shipping process. He marketed his crop at the local Farmers Market. Charlie's product was well known and sought after. Charlie's wish was to have an Estate Auction after his passing.
