Many pieces of equipment have potential hazards and should be de-installed and moved by professionals with proper equipment. BUYER'S PREMIUM - The expenses of conducting the auction are shared between the seller and buyer. The buyer's expense is called a BUYER'S PREMIUM and is set at 10%. This is one of the lowest in the auction industry. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PROCESSING FEE - If you choose to use a credit or debit card to settle your invoice your buyer's premium will be increased from 10% to 13% to cover the processing fees. This allows us to keep our buyer's premium as low as possible. SELLING TIMES THE MONEY - If there is a small box in the corner of the picture with an "x" and "number", then you are bidding one unit and your bid will be multiplied by the number of units. REMOVAL SELECTION - If we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis.
