Parking will be available at Plum Creek Presbyterian Church, New Texas Road is not a safe road to park on, and the driveway is limited to customers doing pick ups only! Please Park at Plum Creek Presbyterian Church where there is ample parking. Parking will be available FRIDAY, SATURDAY and Sunday and it is a short walk to the house from there.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and CDC and State Guidelines, 

Masks MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, 

No more than 25 total people can be in the house at any time, so entry will be limited at the door, we will allow more people in as others leave so everyone in line will be admitted. 

Please maintain appropriate Social Distancing Guidelines and be courteous to one another and our staff. 

We recommend wearing gloves as well if possible, but that is not required but strongly recommended to avoid contamination of items and surfaces. 

We will have hand sanitizer at the pay table area for customers use.

AS ALWAYS Armed Security will be on site at all times!

A Network Video Surveillance System is active at all of our sales and records continuously.

Anyone that cannot respect the boundaries of the sale or areas marked private will be asked to leave, and will not be welcome at our future sales.

The safety and security of our clients and their homes is our top priority.

No large bags or purses will be allowed in the property, empty shopping totes are fine as long as they are checked before entry! We also provide limited shopping totes and baskets to our customers!
