PICK UP DATES FOR THIS SALE WILL BE THURS MAY 14th - SAT. MAY 16th 9am – 3pm. Early pick-up may be available for large items, furniture, and appliances. Please call Jeremy at 615-785-1904 to schedule a time. Address and Pick-up instructions will be sent out the day before pickup begins to those who purchase.

On pick up days there will be other items for sale, so come prepared! We will allow those who wish to shop to shop the home during pick up. Online buyers will always receive an additional 10% OFF during Pick-up on all marked prices.  White Monkey will always follow the CDC & State of TN guidelines considering Covid-19. Please be patient with us as we navigate this interesting time to keep all of you safe, happy, and healthy.

DELIVERY OPTIONS: Free Delivery is offered to anyone who purchases a total of $200 or more from this sale! Deliveries are limited to a 10-mile radius from the home. Exceptions will be considered. Additional fees may apply for furniture and some items are not eligible for delivery. Other deliveries available for a fee. Please call us for more information about this new and exciting service. Delivery will be porch drop off only and tips are appreciated.

Through our online estate sale services, our commitment is still the same providing you the shopper with quality collections while providing a service of assistance to clients who are in a season of transition. 

As you browse the available items or lots keep in mind that all sales are as-is and final, just the same as it would be at an in-person estate sale. Our promise to our shoppers is we will do our best to provide you with detailed descriptions, conditions, and measurements. Please keep in mind that measurements are always intended to be approximate and never guaranteed to be exact. 

As an added feature of our online estate services, we will provide NO CONTACT "Curbside Pick-up" for ALL items on pick up days. Simply pull up to the orange cone area of the property, call or text your lot numbers purchased, and we will be out to assist you. There may be exceptions to this service for extremely heavy items. 

It is our priority to protect the health of both our buyers and our staff.  Our staff has been instructed on proper procedure for hand washing, sanitizing and environmental safety and precautions. Staff members have been instructed to not report for duty if they feel ill in any way. White Monkey Estate Sales will always operate in a manner that is respectful to public safety.
